What most people forget is that you need to give a little time between each class because it will be needed by the teachers and students going from one room to another. See which teacher is available and write his or her name in front of the class. 
Before entering data in the schedule on the start of each day, make sure to ask who is on leave because you will also need to arrange for the substitute teacher for that class.Talk to the teachers and see if each class should have equal duration or some require extra time.
